My journey has begun after Gastric sleeve surgery on 11/04/2018 - I've struggled for 20+ years with my weight, gaining slowly but steadily since I was about 18 years old. I'm now 41 and have a husband and an 8 year old boy who I'd like to live longer for, I have got back pain and asthma and with that I have a small desire to exercise as it's become harder and harder the more weight I've gained!
As of 5th December 2018 I was 20.5 stone. After a few delays with my surgery date it finally arrived on Wednesday 11th April 2018 4:30pm On my own I managed to loose a few stone on the pre op diet of 800 cals a day. My weight on the morning of surgery was 18st 9llbs.
I will TRY to keep a weekly Vlog of my journey as time goes by and I will try to keep them short and sweet and give only key points about how i feel and am coping with the changes in diet and of course the amount of weight lost.
