Hi everyone! I hope you all enjoyed this video. I loved sharing my first bikini prep journey with you, all the way up to SHOW DAY! My journey was fulllll of ups and downs, but I am so proud of myself and my transformation. I pushed myself the hardest I could, I know 100% I gave my all. I'm not sure if I'll compete again - but right now, I am LOVING eating what my body needs and feeling normal again.

This video includes my entire show day, from morning makeup, tan, getting ready backstage, pump-up, carb-up, sodium and water manipulation, lots of NERVES, and finally my posing routine and my stage time! It also includes a LOT of eating. I think it gets a bit ASMR in there too hahahha.
